We aim to be progressive in our thinking and we developed a product that opens numerous possibilities in (global) property development.

tubiQ is a modular concept that can be used for mixed-use developments and/or the regeneration of disused lands and waters; transforming them
into vibrant communities in attractive land- and waterscape condomiums. With tubiQ there is the possibility of offering on-site floating facilities such
as fitness suites, business centres, concierge service, shops, cafés and restaurants.

On demand the tubiQ can be equipped with solar panels and electric engines, making it possible to develop a green organic and floating village.

At this moment we have two prototypes in Italy. The production of tubiQ will be started in quarter 1 of 2010.
