Anixton finalises the sale of the “Tervuren Plaza”

IVG Real Estate Belgium has transferred the leasehold rights and the bare ownership of the “Tervuren Plaza” building (10,000 sqm – Brussels) to aik (APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH), a property investment company for occupational pension funds and insurance companies.
